Alternate binding chemistry can potentially be prepared as a special request. COOH and NHS esters are generally available.
NQS has also developed other dyes that may be available for specific reporter or photosensitizer requirements. Help us understand your special requirements.
Spectral Data
Spectral data of free dyes characterize their behavior when bound to low-molecular-weight biomolecules such as amino acids, peptides, and oligonucleotides while the data for dye-IgG conjugates characterize behavior of the dyes when bound to high-molecular-weight biomolecules such as proteins and antibodies.

The above data characterizes the photochemical behavior of selected NQS dyes bound to high-molecular-weight biomolecules such as proteins and antibodies using Cy 7 as a reference for comparison.
Cy 7 was selected as a reference because it functions in a similar wavelength range and is well known.
